Here are the rules:
1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
2. I will respond by asking you 5 questions of a very personal nature.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them 5 questions.
Answers:

1. Who was a better student in your opinion, Faith or me?
Neither of you learned a blessed thing from me. However, I know quite well that at the time, I had virtually nothing of substance to teach you.
2. Are you in love?
I am in... something. Certainly a relationship with someone who is not evil or unattainable and for whom I care a great deal.
3. Why do you and your dad not get along?
Because I feel I am incapable of being the person he believes I should be.
4. Why did you go after Cordelia back at Sunnydale? Seriously?
The "California Girl" stereotype is very strong in Europe, and though you fit the bill to some extent, you were my charge. Cordelia was of age, available, and of the type.
5. What made you change from the Watcher-guy to what you are now?
The love and friendship I received from Angel, Cordy and the others gave me a family and a place to belong, not to mention something worth fighting for and a sense of mission. Very personal setbacks and injuries to both body and spirit made me... of sterner stuff.

1. Are you thankful that I shoved you at Gwen at my birthday party?
Yes, very much so. We had quite the entertaining ride on the roller coaster, thank you.
2. Gwen gives me good sex advice. Does that bug you?
Not really. You're of age, and in a relationship. Better you get advice from someone you trust and who will give you correct and helpful information than rely on the spotty and shaky information of your peers. I'm sure she gives quite good advice.
3. Why are you always talking all sad or broody or stuff?
I experienced some very troubling times before I went into my coma. My life and my outlook on it were changed violently and irrevocably by them, and I lost people I cared deeply about. I had no one to trust and no one to help me, or at least I believed.
4. Okay, what's up with YOUR accent?
I'm British. I grew up in and around London, and my family has lived there as far back as we can trace.
5. What song is the one that describes you best?
"Behind Blue Eyes" by The Who. I'm a 'classic rock' man.
Spike
1. First time I met you was after Sunnydale was gone. So tell me, how much had you really read up on me t'know who I was?
Your... earlier exploits were required reading at the Academy. Once I was in the States, I did try to keep abreast of what was going on in Sunnydale while I was in L.A. It's not that far, and the Hellmouth could easily have affected us.
2. Is it true what they say 'bout you and Angel shaggin' in those fanfictions online?
No. Is it true about you and he?
3. Why did you join the evil law firm?
Because I thought the easiest place to fight evil would be at ground zero. I didn't count on the contamination.
4. You ever think 'bout Fred or Big Blue?
More often than I'll admit. On occasion.
5. I'm a Champion now. Think you can help me with that Shanshu?
I'd be happy to provide translations or expertise, if that's what you're looking for.

1. How old are you? I know.Just remember I'm the rude slayer if it helps any.
Forty-two, according to my green card. A few years less than that, though, discounting the coma.
2. What's your middle name?I hope it's something crusty and stuffy and British so I can make fun of you about it.
Roger.Sorry to disappoint.
3. How much do you still resent me for trying to kill you slowly and painfully?
Although I must confess it will always somewhat colour my perception of you, Faith, I came to terms with those events some time ago. Taking my own trip into that territory does open one's eyes.
4. Think things ever could have been different between us?
I imagine if the Wesley Wyndam-Pryce that sprang you from jail was the same one who arrived in Sunnydale years earlier, we might've got on famously.
5. Do you believe in fate or free will?
Both, in a sense. There are forces beyond our knowledge and comprehension that move events in directions of their own choosing, resulting in many somewhat inevitable occurrences. We humans, however, are nearly always in possession of the power to choose and affect the outcomes.
