((a document stored in the safe at Wesley's apartment))
I, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, a citizen of Great Britain and legal resident of Los Angeles, California, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not influenced by any duress, menace, fraud, mistake or undue pressure, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
FIRST: I appoint Charles Gunn, attorney at law, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. My Executor shall be authorised to carry out all provisions of this Will and pay my just debts, obligations and funeral expenses.
SECOND: I bequeath exactly one-third of the total sum of my monetary holdings, composed of sources both publicly known and privately held, the details of which have been made known solely to my Executor, to my father, Roger Wyndam-Pryce on the stipulation it be used to fund the re-establishment and betterment of the family business.
THIRD: Should I not be survived by my father, my Executor is hereby instructed to determine the most appropriate person, persons or entity to entrust with the funds bequeathed above.
FOURTH: I bequeath the remaining two-thirds of my total monetary holdings, along with the sum total of the remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to Winifred Burkle, to be redistributed or disposed of as she sees fit.
FIFTH: Should I not be survived by Ms. Burkle, my Executor is hereby instructed to distribute the total estate holdings bequeathed above to any and all friends or relations who have survived me, as my Executor sees fit.
SIXTH: Upon my death, I demand that my remains, should there exist any to be retrieved, be cremated immediately and interred in the Wyndam-Pryce family crypt in Great Britain. Should the curator of the family crypt for any reason see fit to bar my ashes from residing there, I demand that my ashes be interred in any location within the Los Angeles area as my Executor sees fit.
SEVENTH: In the event that I become mentally or physically incapacitated due to accident, terminal illness or any unforseen circumstances, I hereby empower Winifred Burkle with the right to make any and all decisions regarding resuscitation or maintenance of my life by artificial means. Failing Ms. Burkle's presence or capacity, I hereby empower my Executor in her stead. Failing my Executor's presence or capacity, I demand the right to die a natural death.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Los Angeles, California...
