I would define "public" as any location where one would run the risk of being discovered or at least of being in view of individuals not involved. So I would definitely include any kind of elevator, particularly a glass one.
Well I would have suggested a hospital bed in Cedars-Sinai but you left before we could do that little fantasy. Of course, you don't have to be a patient to have sex there.
